About

As a mental health practitioner, I founded Little Bits Counseling and Therapy with a deep compassion and empathy for those struggling with mental health. LBCT was inspired by my own experiences and family challenges with mental health. My goal is to empower and inspire each person who contacts me, through individual and couples therapy sessions, workshops and resources that educate on strategies to improve well-being. Our practice was founded on the idea that meaningful change doesn’t have to happen all at once—it unfolds gradually, in little bits, over time. These small steps, when taken consistently, lead to lasting transformation and a more fulfilling life.
