 Young Woman Contemplating

ANXIETY

At Little Bits Counseling and Therapy, we understand that anxiety can feel overwhelming and all-consuming, making even the simplest tasks seem daunting. Anxiety is a natural response to stress, but when it starts to interfere with daily life, it becomes more than just nervousness—it’s a challenge that many people face.

Anxiety can manifest in different ways: racing thoughts, physical tension, difficulty concentrating, or even a constant feeling of dread. It can impact how we connect with others, how we view ourselves, and how we navigate life. Our goal at LBCT is to help you regain control and find peace amidst the storm.

DEPRESSION

SELF ESTEEM

At Little Bits Counseling and Therapy, we believe that self-esteem is the foundation of a healthy and fulfilling life. It’s how you view yourself, your worth, and your abilities. When your self-esteem is strong, you feel confident, capable, and ready to embrace life’s challenges. But when self-esteem is low, it can lead to self-doubt, negative thinking, and a constant feeling of not being "good enough."

Low self-esteem often comes from past experiences, negative self-talk, or unrealistic expectations that we place on ourselves. It can impact your relationships, your goals, and your overall happiness. But the good news is that self-esteem can be rebuilt and strengthened.

We offer a supportive environment where you can explore the underlying causes of low self-esteem and work toward a healthier self-image. Through guided therapy, we’ll help you recognize your strengths, challenge negative thoughts, and build a more positive and confident version of yourself.

You deserve to feel good about who you are. Let’s work together to create a foundation of self-love and self-respect that will help you thrive.

TRAUMA

Trauma is a deeply personal experience that can leave lasting impacts on your mind, body, and soul. Trauma can stem from a single event or a series of painful experiences, and its effects may linger long after the event has passed. It can lead to feelings of fear, helplessness, and being stuck in a constant state of alertness or emotional numbness.

Trauma doesn't look the same for everyone. You may experience flashbacks, anxiety, difficulty trusting others, or trouble finding joy in the things you once loved. Whether your trauma comes from childhood, a difficult relationship, an accident, or any other source, it's valid—and so are your feelings.

We are committed to helping you on your healing journey. We provide a safe, nurturing space where you can process your trauma at your own pace. Our trauma-informed approach focuses on helping you regain control, develop healthy coping strategies, and reclaim your sense of safety and well-being.

.

Healing from trauma takes time, but you don’t have to walk this path alone. We’re here to support you every step of the way, offering hope, understanding, and guidance.
